Credo

These are the principles we believe in. They help us decide when there is no written rule.

• The customer comes first. Every decision starts by asking ourselves what is best for those who trust us.
• Artificial intelligence adds, people decide. Agents speed up the work, but whatever commits someone is confirmed by a person.
• Tell the truth, even when it is costly. We would rather acknowledge a mistake early than hide it and make it bigger.
• Simple wins. If something can be done with fewer steps, fewer words or less code, that is how we do it.
• Security is not negotiable. Protecting our customers' information comes before any rush.
• Done is better than perfect. We deliver, measure and improve, in that order.
• Each of us owns our work. We finish what we take on and are accountable for the result.
• We respect other people's time. We are brief and punctual, and we deliver what we promise.
• Everyone deserves the same treatment. We treat every person with respect, regardless of their size or origin.
