How to buy

Contracting with Lavoig.net is simple. Here is how it works, step by step:

1. Tell us what you need

Describe what you need in your own words from the Contact us form or via our WhatsApp. If necessary, we will ask you a few questions or suggest a call.

2. Receive your proposal

We send you a written proposal with the scope, the deliverables, the estimated timelines, the total price including taxes, the payment method and its validity period. A person from our team confirms it: automated replies are not a binding offer until that confirmation.

3. Accept

If you agree, accept the proposal in writing. If you want to adjust something, we review it with you first.

4. Pay

Pay the advance or the agreed amount with one of the confirmed methods, only to the accounts or links that we send you in writing from support@lavoig.net. If you need a CFDI (Mexican electronic tax invoice), send us your tax details within the same month as your payment.

5. Receive your service

We start on the agreed date and keep you informed of the progress. When you receive each deliverable, review it and send us your comments within the period stated in the proposal.
