Correction: we review our agents' answers and correct the errors and biases we detect.

Accessibility

We design our screens so that more people can use them, with good contrast, keyboard navigation and clear text, and we fix whatever is reported to us.

Minimal data

We ask for and keep only the information necessary to provide the service, and we keep it for as long as needed, no longer.

Fair dealing

We treat our suppliers, partners and teams with respect and clarity: conditions in writing, payments on the agreed terms and direct communication.
