Cash payment
Cash payment depends on each brand and on each transaction. If it is available for your purchase or engagement, we will confirm it in your quote or proposal, together with how to make it.
How it works
When it is offered, cash payment is made with the reference or the details that we send you in writing from support@lavoig.net, for example at a bank branch or at an authorized store. Keep your receipt and send it to us at support@lavoig.net or via our WhatsApp, stating your quote number. We process your order once the payment is reflected in our account.
Your security
- Pay only with references or to accounts that we have confirmed to you in writing from support@lavoig.net.
- Do not hand cash to people who claim to represent Lavoig.net unless we have confirmed it in writing.
- We will never ask you for your card details, PIN, passwords or verification codes via WhatsApp, email, social media or phone.
Legal limits
Some cash transactions are subject to limits or to identification requirements under the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Resources of Illicit Origin (Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita). If your transaction requires it, we will let you know beforehand.

This is a translation of the Spanish original. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
