Bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer through SPEI (Mexico's interbank electronic payment system) when this is confirmed in your quote or proposal.
Pay only to accounts confirmed in writing
The only valid bank details are those that we send you in writing from support@lavoig.net. The account must be in the name of Lavoig.net, a Lavoig.net Enterprises platform or of the account holder we indicate to you in that same email.
Fraud warning
- If you receive different bank details via WhatsApp, from another email address, on social media or by phone, do not pay: confirm them first by writing to support@lavoig.net.
- Be wary of any last-minute notice of a change of account, even if it seems to come from us.
- We will never ask you to pay into an employee's personal account.
- We will never ask you for your card details, PIN, passwords or verification codes via WhatsApp, email, social media or phone.
We cannot recognize payments made to accounts that we have not confirmed to you in writing from support@lavoig.net. If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, notify your bank immediately and write to us.
When you make the transfer
- Use your quote or proposal number as the payment description or reference.
- Send us the receipt at support@lavoig.net or via our WhatsApp. The electronic payment receipt (Comprobante Electrónico de Pago, CEP) of the Bank of Mexico (Banco de México) can be used to validate a SPEI transfer.
- We process your order or start your service when the payment is reflected in our account.
- Your bank's fees and, for international transfers, the fees of intermediary banks are borne by you, unless otherwise agreed.
This is a translation of the Spanish original. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
