Promotion terms

These conditions apply to all promotions, discounts, coupons and offers of Lavoig.net. Each promotion also has its own specific conditions, which are published together with it; both complement each other.

What each promotion includes

When we announce a promotion we state, at a minimum, its validity period, the products or services it covers, its restrictions and, if it is limited, the quantity available. A promotion ends when its validity period expires or when the announced stock or places run out, whichever occurs first.

General rules

Promotions cannot be combined with each other, unless otherwise stated.
Coupons and codes are personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and can only be used under the published conditions.
When we show a previous price next to the promotional price, the previous price is the one we actually charged before the promotion.
Interest-free monthly installments (meses sin intereses) apply only when they are expressly offered and with the participating cards and banks indicated.
If you return a product or cancel a service acquired on promotion, we refund what you actually paid, and the associated benefit must be returned or becomes void.

Promotions and artificial intelligence

Only promotions published at lavoig.net or on our official channels, or confirmed in writing by our team from support@lavoig.net, are valid. A promotion that appears in an automated reply or in a text prepared with artificial intelligence and does not meet those conditions is not binding, and we will clarify which promotion is in force.

Misuse

We may cancel transactions that use promotions fraudulently or contrary to their conditions, such as the use of multiple identities or the resale of coupons, refunding what was paid.

Sweepstakes and contests

Sweepstakes and contests will have their own official rules and, when required by the Federal Gaming and Raffles Law (Ley Federal de Juegos y Sorteos), the permit of the competent authority, whose number will be published together with them.
