Non-discrimination notice
At Lavoig.net we serve everyone with respect and on equal terms. In accordance with Article 1 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States (Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos), the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination (Ley Federal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminación) and the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor), we do not deny or condition the sale of products or the provision of services on the grounds of:
- ethnic or national origin, skin color, language or culture;
- sex, gender, gender identity or expression, or sexual preferences;
- age, disability, health condition, pregnancy or physical appearance;
- social or economic status, religion, opinions or marital status;
- any other ground that violates human dignity or is intended to nullify or impair people's rights and freedoms.
Our commitments
- Commercial conditions, such as prices, promotions and volume discounts, apply equally to anyone who meets the objective requirements that are published.
- If you need a reasonable accommodation to buy or contract, such as another communication channel or more time, tell us and we will do our best to provide it.
- We check that our tools, including our artificial intelligence tools, treat everyone equally, and we correct any bias we detect.
- We do not tolerate discriminatory treatment by our team, or by customers toward our team.
The only limitations we apply are those required by law, such as legal capacity to contract or restrictions on the sale of certain products.
Report it to us
If you believe you received discriminatory treatment, write to us at support@lavoig.net. We will investigate and respond to you. You can also turn to the National Council to Prevent Discrimination (Consejo Nacional para Prevenir la Discriminación, CONAPRED), or to the authority that replaces it, and to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, PROFECO).
This is a translation of the Spanish original. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
