Electronic invoicing

Digital tax receipts (Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet, CFDI) version 4.0 are issued by Lavoig.net, a Lavoig.net Enterprises platform, in accordance with the Federal Tax Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) and the rules of the Tax Administration Service (Servicio de Administración Tributaria, SAT).

How to request your invoice

Send your request to support@lavoig.net with your order, quote or proposal number and the following details, exactly as they appear on your tax status certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal):

We recommend attaching your tax status certificate to avoid errors. If you gave us your details when you requested your quote, just confirm them.

Deadline

Request your invoice within the same calendar month in which you made your purchase or your payment. Transactions that are not invoiced in that month are included in the global invoice to the general public, and after that it may not be possible to issue a CFDI in your name.

What you receive

We send you the XML file, which is the tax receipt, and its printed representation in PDF. If you pay in installments or after receiving the invoice, we also issue the corresponding payment supplement (complemento de pago).

Corrections and cancellations

Check your details before you send them. If an invoice has to be corrected, its cancellation and reissue are subject to the rules and deadlines of the SAT and, in some cases, to your acceptance of the cancellation on the SAT portal.

Customers abroad

If you do not have a Mexican RFC, the invoice is issued with the generic RFC for foreign residents established by the SAT, together with the tax identification details of your country that are required.

For any question about your invoice, write to us at support@lavoig.net.

This is a translation of the Spanish original. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
