Confidentiality
When your company operates on Lavteg, it entrusts us with its sales, its customers, its catalog and its finances. This page explains how we protect that information. It complements the Privacy notice and the terms you have accepted.
Your information is yours
The data your company enters in Lavteg belongs to your company. We use it only to provide you with the service, keep it secure and comply with the law. We do not sell our customers' data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
How we protect it
- Isolation: each organization and each business has its information kept separate; one business cannot see another business's data.
- Role-based permissions: you decide what each person on your team can view or change.
- Two-step verification to protect access to accounts.
- Encryption of information while it travels between your browser and our servers.
- Regular backups so that information can be recovered in the event of a failure.
Access by our team
Our staff accesses a customer's information only when necessary, for example to handle a support request or to fix a failure, and such access is logged.
Artificial intelligence agents
Lavteg's artificial intelligence agents act within the permissions of the person or the business that uses them: they see no more than that person can see. Sensitive actions, such as confirming prices, issuing documents or moving money, require a person's approval.
Providers that help us
To operate, we use providers that process information on our behalf and under our instructions: cloud hosting and email (Amazon Web Services, in the United States) and artificial intelligence models (Anthropic and OpenAI, in the United States), which, according to their commercial terms, do not use that information to train their models. They receive only what is necessary to provide their service.
Report a security issue
If you detect a vulnerability or believe that your account has been compromised, write to us immediately at support@lavoig.net with as much information as possible. We handle these reports as a priority and ask you not to disclose them until we have been able to fix them.
This is a translation of the Spanish original. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
